Article 02

Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all training services offered by HEC Rabat, whether the Programme Grande École, Executive Masters or Executive Certificates.

Any enrolment in an HEC Rabat programme constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. In the event of conflict with any other document, these T&Cs shall prevail.

Article 03

Offers and enrolment procedures

Programmes, durations, fees and prerequisites are presented on the HEC Rabat website and in official brochures available from the admissions department. This information is subject to change prior to enrolment confirmation.

Enrolment becomes effective only after:

Receipt of the complete application file

Validation of admission conditions by management

Payment of enrolment fees and signature of the enrolment agreement

HEC Rabat reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the admission requirements, without obligation to provide reasons.

Article 04

Fees and payment terms

Fees are set for each academic year and published on the official website. Billing may be arranged as follows: annual, semester, quarterly or monthly, subject to arrangements agreed with the finance department.

Accepted payment methods are:

Bank transfer (account details provided at enrolment)

Credit/debit card (secure online payment)

Any other method expressly agreed in writing

Any semester commenced is owed in full, regardless of the chosen payment method or any withdrawal during the period. In the event of late payment, penalties apply in accordance with Moroccan law in force, and access to academic services may be suspended.

Article 05

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan legislation on distance selling and direct marketing, any student who has enrolled online or following commercial canvassing has a withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the offer.

The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing (registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt) to: [contact@hec.ac.ma](mailto:contact@hec.ac.ma)

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised within the prescribed period, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 business days, less any costs incurred for services already provided.

Article 06

Cancellation and refund conditions

Refund conditions vary depending on the timing of cancellation and its origin:

Refundable

- Tuition fees — cancellation before the start of the semester
- Cancellation by HEC Rabat for legitimate reasons (force majeure, minimum threshold not reached)
- Postponement of a programme by HEC Rabat — refund or deferral at the student's choice

Non-refundable

- Enrolment fees and application fees — in all cases
- Tuition fees for a semester already commenced
- Voluntary withdrawal during the programme
- Disciplinary exclusion

In the event of duly justified force majeure (serious illness, death of a first-degree relative), billing will be limited to the proportion of services delivered. A complete supporting file will be required.

Article 07

Intellectual property

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of this content, without prior written authorisation from HEC Rabat, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement subject to legal proceedings.

All teaching materials, presentations, case studies, video recordings, online resources and any content made available in the context of HEC Rabat programmes are protected by copyright and intellectual property law in accordance with Moroccan laws in force.

Access to teaching resources is personal and non-transferable. It expires at the end of the programme or upon termination of the enrolment contract.

Article 08

Personal data protection

Personal data collected during enrolment is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

This data is used exclusively for administrative and academic management purposes, to provide information about HEC Rabat services, and to comply with legal obligations. It is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 09

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution within 30 days of the first written notification.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Rabat, to which the parties grant exclusive jurisdiction, save any mandatory statutory provision to the contrary.

HEC Rabat reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the official website. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date the enrolment agreement is signed.
