## Who we are

HEC Rabat — École des Hautes Études de Commerce — is a private higher-education institution founded in 1988 and based in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Over close to four decades it has trained more than 5,000 graduates now working in Morocco, across Africa and internationally, in finance, marketing, logistics, audit, human resources and digital transformation.

The school serves two distinct and complementary audiences: school-leavers who join the on-campus Grande École programme, and working professionals who take an Executive Master or an Executive Certificate online without interrupting their career.

02

## Our mission

Working towards a strong Morocco within a powerful, consolidated and independent Africa, HEC Rabat helps every one of its students reach their goals for professional success and socio-economic integration.

The school has deliberately chosen close individual follow-up, strong faculty, frequent internships and firm academic discipline — so that students meet the demands of professional life from their first year. It places equal emphasis on student wellbeing and the family spirit that has characterised the school since its founding.

03

## Our programmes

The Grande École programme is an on-campus initial-education track running from the baccalaureate through to Bac+5. After a general management core, students choose one of four specializations: Finance; Marketing & E-Business Digital Strategy; Logistics & International Trade; Accounting, Management Control & Audit. The curriculum includes internships, international certifications and career support.

Executive Education is designed for working professionals and is delivered entirely online. The catalogue brings together nine Executive Masters and more than twenty-five Executive Certificates covering finance, data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital marketing, supply chain, human resources and project management. The short formats build depth in one specific area; the Executive Masters cover a profession end to end.

04

## Research and innovation: CReSC

HEC Rabat hosts CReSC, its research laboratory in management sciences and economics. Its work focuses in particular on artificial intelligence and management, inclusive finance and logistics 4.0 — themes chosen for their relevance to the Moroccan and African context.

Research feeds directly back into teaching: faculty researchers teach on the programmes, and course content is updated as both practice and the academic literature evolve.

05

## International reach and partnerships

The school has more than twenty-five academic partners and offers exchanges in around twenty countries, along with double degrees with European institutions. Sixteen nationalities are represented among its students.

On the corporate side, more than fifty partner companies host students for internships and work-study placements and take part in teaching, juries and the recruitment forums held on campus.

06

## Student life and employability

Student associations shape day-to-day campus life: clubs, student societies, cultural and sporting events, open days and professional conferences punctuate the academic year.

Career support runs throughout the programme: interview preparation, introductions to the alumni network, and access to a Career Center dedicated to the school's students and graduates.

07

## Recognition and accreditation

HEC Rabat is a private higher-education institution accredited by the supervising ministry, under Morocco's national framework for the evaluation and quality assurance of higher education (ANEAQ). Degrees awarded under that framework are recognised accordingly.

Programmes also embed international professional certifications, which complement the degree with skills recruiters can read directly.
